Deepali Vashist has joined Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies as an Assistant Professor. Since then she has been an integral part of Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies. She has done Ph.D on “Protection and Advancement of Rights of Farmers under the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights, 2001: A Critical Analysis” in September 2018.
Her areas of teachings are Code of Criminal Procedure, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Laws. She has published papers in various International Journals on the Intellectual Property Rights of farmers. She has also presented papers in various conference and seminars. She has been working as a convener of examination committee at the departmental level since January 2018.
She has done various UGC funded refresher courses and Faculty development programmes. She has judged various Moot Court Competitions organised by various Universities. She has been a part of the board formed for revision of the syllabus of Code of Criminal Procedure and Intellectual Property Laws in GGSIPU and Amity University.
